Stork Davies Legal Advisors is pleased to announce that Caitlin Phan has joined our team as our newest solicitor.
Caitlin holds bachelor’s degrees in both law and commerce (majoring in accounting), and is a fluent Vietnamese speaker.
Having previously worked at some of Perth’s most well-regarded family law firms, Caitlin comes to Stork Davies with the aim of transferring and developing her existing skillset in a commercial and property law environment.
Her previous experience has included acting in a range of family law litigation matters (including advising on complex financial and property asset pools), as well as in Magistrates Court proceedings.
Outside of law, Caitlin has previously been involved in the organisation of charity events to help raise funds for natural disasters, Vietnamese war veterans, and orphanages, and has also taught English as a volunteer at two Vietnamese community centres / schools.
