Caitlin joined Stork Davies as a solicitor in July 2024 with around two years’ experience working at some of Perth’s most well-regarded family law firms, and now practises in front-end commercial and property law, as well as commercial dispute resolution matters.
Her previous experience includes advising clients in small business, commercial, and contract disputes, family and property law litigation (extending to advising on complex financial and property asset pools), debt recovery, intellectual property law, and discrimination law.
Caitlin holds bachelor’s degrees from Curtin University in both law and commerce (majoring in accounting), and is also a fluent Vietnamese speaker.
When not in the office, Caitlin enjoys immersing herself in different cultures through travelling, learning new languages, and volunteering. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
