Stork Davies is pleased to have advised a Queensland-based private client on the acquisition of Ibis Styles Albany.
The 50-room regional midscale motel asset has over 40 years’ trading history, and is positioned on a large land footprint with the potential for future occupancy growth. The motel also features an on-site bar and grill restaurant facility.
The transaction, which involved both freehold and business components, settled in July. The buyer was primarily assisted by Stork Davies special counsel Ben McPherson, in collaboration with senior associate Travis Colli and principal Shannon Davies.
