The site occupies almost 3,000 square metres of lettable area across 36 tenancies, and is strategically positioned in the heart of the Fremantle entertainment, retail and dining precinct.
The sale was undertaken via an EOI process through selling agent Cushman & Wakefield, and settled on 9 September 2025.
