Ben joins the firm as Special Counsel, and brings with him over 11 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer on both sides of the Tasman, having been admitted in both Australia and New Zealand.
He is highly regarded by both his clients and colleagues in the legal industry for his professionalism and commercial approach.
Ben’s expertise in areas such as business acquisitions and divestments, hospitality and events, franchising, start-ups and e-commerce, data and privacy, and personal property securities will overlap and complement our existing property-focused practice, and will allow us to assist with a broader range of client needs.
