This year has seen three of our lawyers achieve Doyle’s Guide rankings in property or leasing law, representing half of our legal team.
For the first time, firm special counsel Ben McPherson has been recognised for his expertise in retail, commercial and industrial leasing in this year’s Western Australian listing of Leading Leasing Lawyers, as a recommended lawyer.
Senior associate Travis Colli has also been recognised for a second time as a Property & Real Estate Rising Star, identifying him as a future leading lawyer in the WA property law sector.
Firm principal Shannon Davies (who has been recognised by Doyle’s since 2020) has also again been ranked, this time as a “Preeminent” lawyer in the WA listing of Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyers, and as a “Leading” lawyer in the listing of Leading Leasing Lawyers.
Stork Davies itself has been listed as a Leading Property & Real Estate Firm in WA for the sixth consecutive year, moving up from “Recommended” to “Third Tier” status. This annual listing details firms practising in transactional property and real estate matters in the WA legal market that have been identified by clients and peers for their expertise and abilities. The firm continues to be one of only a couple of truly small firms to consistently achieve Doyle’s rankings in recent years, with the balance of the listings dominated by international, national and very large independent firms.
