For the first time, firm principal Shannon Davies has achieved national recognition in the Doyle’s Guide listing of Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyers – Australia.
The 2026 listing details a total of 32 lawyers practising within the areas of transactional property and real estate matters across all Australian legal markets, who have been identified by clients and peers for their expertise and abilities in those areas.
Shannon is one of only three WA-based lawyers to be featured in this year’s listing, and also one of only three to feature from outside of national and international firms.
He is also the only nationally-ranked lawyer practising in a genuinely small firm.
